Jeff inspiring Primary School Teachers for the 'Count Me In' project, June 2009.
Jeff Clarke is a very inspirational environmental educator with experience in delivering curriculum based lessons since 1988. All lessons place special emphasis on their cross curricular functions to enable the greatest number of students to engage with and understand the value of the subject matter being taught.
Jeff Clarke Ecology has recently been awarded a two year contract to deliver KS1/2 lessons to schools throughout the Cheshire & Wirral area on behalf of the Cheshire Wildlife Trust and CAWOS (Cheshire & Wirral Ornithological Society). This is an Heritage Lottery Fund backed project for education to schools related to the newly published 'Birds in Cheshire and Wirral' (Breeding and Wintering Atlas).
As part of this process Jeff Clarke has devised a new package of lessons to excite and appeal to pupils and teachers alike. The new programme is called Primary Feathers and school visits were free to the first 25 schools in the region to book Jeff in Education year 2009/10. The process was repeated in 2010/11. To book your school visit, contact Jeff directly via the Contact Me form.
